Major Project (Audio Visual)
Artist Statement.
Snogurt is a newly developed local healthy frozen dessert brand selling a wide variety of frozen yogurts along with some classic toppings and fruits. Due to being fresh in the marketplace, most individuals are not aware of the brand yet.
A research was conducted to study the consumers’ behavior and perception towards the brand and the idea of healthy frozen desserts as an alternative to the average ice cream. Throughout the research, the artist has concluded that consumers’ do prefer frozen yogurt as an alternative to ice cream and the majority have suggested a different approach in terms of advertising and promotion. Although the brand has a history of promoting their product being salubrious, they have lacked in advertising the fun side.
The audio visual presented is focused towards the lifestyle of the target audience, being young, blissful and free. The audio visual consists of a number of clips each signifying its own representation of the target audience as well as the brand and products personality. Motion graphics, visual effects and vibrant colors are present throughout the audio visual to attract viewers.

Production Process.
During the pre-production process, an extensive research was made to study the nature of audio visuals and how they would capture viewers’ attention. Brainstorming the storyline of the audio visual was the most challenging. Storyboards, shooting boards and visual effects studies were presented. Props and cameras had to be prepared for each shot.
Filming took a number of six days nonconsecutively during production. Film locations include i-City, Perfect Picture Studios, Shah Alam Extreme Park, Putrajaya Challenge Park, and Taman Pinggiran Cyber.
Post-production was a lengty development as it took about two to three weeks to complete.
Each photo was taken on production days.
